The Mannerheim League for Child Welfare Lappeenranta Association
- Multicultural family café on Thursdays at Me-talo (Raastuvankatu 7, 53100 Lappeenranta) from 5 pm to 6.30 pm. Ukrainians welcome. Russian-speaking volunteer instructor is on site at the café
- At premises of the Tirika Kindergarten (Armilankatu 33, 53100 Lappeenranta) are organized recreational activities for Ukrainian families, as well as information and support for adults. The event is especially targeted at home hosts who do not have professional support available from the host. The date will be specified later.

Home accommodation network in South Karelia
- The Home Accommodation Network in South Karelia is a civic action network that has organized the home accommodation activities of asylum seekers in Finland since 2015. It is based on the Home Accommodation Support Association, which is a network and its local groups as well as home accommodation partners supportive association of experts. Applicants for asylum or temporary protection in home accommodation in Finland stays in a local home instead of a reception center. This is a form of housing where the host is registered as a home host at the reception center. That is what is happening a mutual experience of a shared everyday life as part of a local community.

Ukrainians can travel for free in traffic procured by the ELY Center for Southeast Finland
- In contract traffic acquired by the ELY Center for Southeast Finland, Ukrainians can travel for free with a passport or a passport certificate issued by the police, the Border Inspection Authority or the Finnish Immigration Service (Migri). At this stage, the procedure is valid from now until the end of the spring season on 5 June 2022.
